Focus only on that. Being knowledgeable on different breathing techniques can also help with specific desired effects. 4. Perform a ritual. Performing some calming ritual either to ground yourself initially or to keep yourself grounded after doing any of the above suggestions. Rituals can be something like doing dishes, stretching slowly, smoking herbs, listening to or playing music, masturbation. As long as it is done mindfully and with reverence to the ritual and to the self.
